At Deloosh we carefully manage our own database of panel respondents,
known as AussieThink. Using best practices in panel management, and recruitment
and sampling ensures your data is accurate and truly representative of the population. Our panel is able to be segmented into 17 different variables to enable precise and accurate targeting.
Our panel management technology is state of the art, and our response rates are
amongst the highest in the industry.
AussieThink Panels
Pioneering new technologies, AussieThink panels deliver the highest quality survey respondents and data to our clients.
-
No Duplicate Responses
We use proprietary technology to deter and detect duplicate responses from our panel members. Duplicate responses can be difficult to detect in third party databases, and can seriously contaminate your results. By managing our own database, we can ensure each panel member participates in each survey only once.
-
No Fake Respondents
Managing our own database enables us to eliminate fraudulent panel members who register themselves more than once using fake credentials. Ensuring genuine and honest participation is a job we take very seriously at Deloosh.
-
Reliable and Fresh Database
We regularly clean our database to ensure respondent information is accurate and current. Our database consists of high quality willing market research participants, ensuring accuracy of results.
Panel Quality: Deloosh Red Shield System
Ensuring accurate results from quality data begins with the sample. The first stage of
Red Shield includes a set of systems and processes to ensure respondents are representative of the population to be sampled, and genuinely interested in participating in market research. Broadly, the systems includes four main controls including: 1) outlier response history quarantine; 2) subject management control; 3) participation history regression; and 4) segmentation variable replenishment.
-
Straight-liners
We manually inspect the data for respondents who click the same option down a page. This is most often an indication that the respondent has not answered the questions honestly (we correlate suspects against factors such as time to complete).
-
Inconsistent Responses
We use diverse-logic questions to identify respondents who are not reading questions properly.
-
Speedsters
We time each respondent to ensure they have given enough thought to each question.
-
Gibberish.
We manually check the quality of open-ended responses to ensure participants have taken the questionnaire seriously.
-
Professional survey respondents.
We block respondents who try to use automated scripts or any other type of fraud when completing our surveys.
